Berlin, December 8th 2022 - Torpor Games are pleased to announce that the multi-award winning game Suzerain is now available on iOS and Android devices.

The game includes specific distinctive features for mobile including:

  • Full rework of the rendering from 3D to 2D for smooth performance and less drain on battery

  • Total adaptation of user interface and experience for smartphones and tablets

  • UI animations and high-resolution sprites tailored for mobile

The Prologue and First Turn (around 1 hour of playtime) are available for free, while the full game in-app purchase costs between 3.99 - 4.99 USD, depending on region and platform. The game is available in the English language.

As President Anton Rayne, lead Sordland during your first term of this text-based narrative RPG. Navigate a political drama, driven by conversations with your cabinet members and other significant figures in a country with its own complicated history. With looming border conflicts, entrenched corruption, economic crisis and people desperate for reform, as leader the difficult choices fall on your shoulders as you strive to uphold your election promises. 

As President, you have the final say but every choice you make has an impact. Your colleagues, your family, the opposition, corporations; everyone has a point of view. Think and act carefully: once enacted your choices can not be reversed. How will you lead?

Torpor Games UG is an indie video game company based in Berlin that focuses on creating thought-provoking entertainment.

The Berlin-based team of 13 are very proud to self-publish Suzerain on mobile and can’t wait for their vibrant community to replay the political drama for a portion of the cost of the original game, as well as for new players to experience the Suzerain universe on the most accessible medium.

Torpor Games are currently working on a new project, The Conformist, a narrative roleplaying game set in the 1930s in which the player guides Orwin - a propagandist working for the government of Sordland - in an attempt to discover his own path in the capital.
