The Suzerain 2.0 "Amendment" update is the culmination of a year-long endeavor by the Torpor Games team to refine and expand upon the original game and is the first release in a long-term plan for expanding and supporting the game, including more free updates and a series of premium DLC campaigns, the first of which - Suzerain: Kingdom of Rizia - will launch in Q4 this year. The update also marks the start of a new arrangement with the game's publisher, Fellow Traveller, with Torpor Games taking up co-publishing duties, expanding its experience and growing its skills and capabilities.
The update will debut with a limited-time discount of 70 percent off the game's current price of $14.99, which will run until the 13th of August. On the 14th of August, the game's price will increase to $19.99 to reflect the added value and enhancements in this update and support the continued development of further free updates. This makes the initial release period optimal for players to purchase and secure their copy at the most favorable price point!

Torpor Games is working on a prequel called, The Conformist, a narrative roleplaying game set in the 1930s in which the player guides Orwin - a propagandist working for the government of Sordland - in an attempt to discover his path in the capital.
Based on the Suzerain universe, players step into the city of Holsord, discovering the country of Sordland and its people caught in the turbulence of a newly established military government under President Tarquin Soll. Players must juggle their propagandist obligations to their superiors, their ambitions, and their families whilst avoiding the scrutiny of the state – or aiding the resistance against them.
